Co-Founder, Marketing Director
Sydney is a marketing creative at heart. As a former marketing director for national consumer product brands, she has over 10 years of experience working in social media, public relations, brand management, and advertising. In 2019, Sydney started her own marketing consulting business, Back Label Branding, to help women entrepreneurs launch and scale their marketing efforts.
Based in Whitefish, Montana, outside office hours you’ll find Sydney hiking or on a road bike, traveling, or planning to host one of her various themed dinner parties.

Co-Founder, Design Director
Serena specializes in building memorable product and lifestyle brands through storytelling, strategy, engaging design and a heavy focus on experiences and is the creative mind behind Gossack Creative. She has been working closely with women-owned brands to create lasting and meaningful branding of many diverse industries from beauty products, to food brands to hospitality concepts. She loves helping other passionate founders find their voice, and make strategic & creative moves to execute their vision.
She is a Montana native and based in Ennis, Montana. Outside of office hours you’ll find Serena playing sports with friends, capturing the sunset, or exploring new places in the wild with her husband.
