Zephyr is a business many in the Bozeman community know and love. In fact, their brand’s core value is all about community. After 6 years in business, founder Carolyn Williams, came to Alinea collective for a rebrand. She also wanted to ensure the Zephyr community would be a part of the journey and sought a strategic approach to include this in their communications leading up to the launch.

what we did:

To start on Zephyr's transformation journey, we began with an extensive Brand Strategy session to uncover the core attributes that make Zephyr unique and vital to the Bozeman community. This process allowed us to identify and elevate Zephyr's core values in every facet of the brand. We then crafted a new brand identity that featured these values more prominently, articulating Zephyr's position as a leader in the wellness community with offering that extended beyond cycling classes.

This project included designing merchandise, developing new website content, and monthly marketing meetings to plan Zephyr’s social media and plan to communicate the new rebrand to their community. With the Zephyr team, we planned a structured rollout of the rebrand, including a comprehensive content and communication strategy leading up to Zephyr’s sixth anniversary and brand reveal.

Here’s what changed for zephyr

The rebranding effort resulted in a holistic and aligned brand experience that mirrors Zephyr’s vision and goals for growth. Within three months of relaunch, Zephyr unveiled their first off-site retreat, a partnership with Big Sky Resort and an apparel collaboration with Lululemon. These achievements were amplified by the strength of Zephyr’s community, empowered by the strategic marketing plan we developed together. Furthermore, Zephyr introduced a beautifully branded in-studio retail experience, and were able to save time with social media templates to ease in content creation post-launch.
