BRIGADE

For this project, Alinea Collective was hired by The Okay Cool Group, a Bozeman-based hospitality and development team to create a brand concept for their new farm-to-table restaurant, Brigade. The name was inspired by Chef Auguste Escoffier’s “kitchen brigade” — the system by which most modern kitchens operate today — so this branding needed to marry the historic elegance inspired by these artful masters of cuisine with that of its own downtown Bozeman roots. Alinea Collective created a full branding guide for Brigade that included a brand design suite, brand messaging guide, and photography and art direction. Brigade launched in 2021 and was officially named “most booked restaurant” on Open Table within six months of its opening.
